Intimate wedding photography in Kansas City, bride and groom under veil with natural light

intimate weddings

For the couples who want to slow down and fully experience their day.

I take on a limited number of weddings each year. Typically smaller, more intentional days.

The kind where things aren’t rushed. Where you can actually be present. Where it feels like you.

Some weddings are big and full of production. That’s just not what I photograph.

I’m drawn to the quieter moments. The in-between. The way it feels when you’re standing there, realizing this is really happening.

Whether it’s a small ceremony, a backyard gathering, or something simple and meaningful with your closest people…

That’s where I do my best work.

What coverage

looks like

Coverage is intentionally kept simple and focused.

Most couples choose a shorter timeline.

Enough time for getting ready, your ceremony, and portraits, without extending into a long, late reception.

Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.

Just space to experience the day as it unfolds.

Every wedding is documented with intention and care.

Rather than focusing on a set number of images, I deliver a thoughtfully curated gallery that reflects the day honestly—without filler or repetition.

You’ll receive everything you need to remember how it felt, not just what it looked like.

A little something before the day

Every wedding includes a complimentary couples session.

It’s a chance to slow down and be in front of the camera together

before everything else is happening.

No pressure. No timeline.

Just time to get comfortable, connect, and create something that feels like you.

A lot of couples tell me this is what makes the wedding day feel easier.

Like you already know what to expect.
