You'll receive help choosing what photographs beautifully. I offer a growing client closet of dresses and fabrics, and of there is something specific that you are dreaming of, I'll help find it and get it for you.
A fully guided session
Every pose is directed so you never feel awkward of unsure of what to do. At the same time, your personality and connection are always welcomed and encouraged. The best moments happen naturally.
No rushing
Sessions typically last around 90 minutes, but we move at your pace. If you need breaks, we take them. If we're creating magic, we keep going. Your comfort always comes first.

The process
STEP 01
inquire
Maternity portrait sessions take place in my Blue Springs studio. Please allow up to 3 hours for your experience, which includes professional hair and makeup styling, access to the studio wardrobe, and a fully guided portrait session designed to help you feel confident and beautifully seen. STEP 02
booking
I recommend reserving your maternity session during your second trimester to ensure availability. Collections begin at $1,100, with a $450 retainer due at booking to reserve your session date.
Planning
STEP 03
During the planning stage, we will talk about the vision for your session and the feeling you want your portraits to capture. I will help you choose pieces from the studio wardrobe, including gowns, dresses, robes, silks, and other elegant pieces that photograph beautifully.
Session day
STEP 04
Your portrait session is designed to be a calm and effortless experience in the studio. We’ll move through a variety of looks and gently guided posing to create images that feel both natural and elevated. Every step is fully guided so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience. Partner portraits are always welcome if you’d like to include them.

STEP 05
Within in approximitaly 2 - 3 weeks of your session, your portraits will be carefully edited and delivered in a private online gallery. From there, you can view your images, choose your collection, and download your photographs directly from your gallery.

The Bump to Baby Experience includes both your maternity and newborn sessions at a preferred rate when reserved together, creating a seamless portrait experience from bump to baby.

When should I book my session?
It’s never too early to reserve your session. I recommend booking about 6–8 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially if you’re hoping for a weekend. I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when I can, but my calendar tends to fill quickly.
Where is your studio located?
My studio is located in Blue Springs, Missouri, near Highway 40 and Highway 7.
Is hair and makeup included?
Hair and makeup are not currently included, but I do have a few trusted artists I love recommending. Their work photographs beautifully and helps the entire experience feel even more relaxed and elevated.
What should I wear for my session?
I provide a curated client wardrobe with pieces specifically chosen for maternity sessions. You’re also welcome to bring anything personal you love. If you have a specific look or vision in mind, I’m happy to help source the perfect piece for you. I’ll guide you through styling so everything feels effortless and flattering.
Can my partner or child be included?
Absolutely! Your session can include your partner and children.
Should I be concerned about weight, stretch marks, or certain areas of my body?
Not at all. You don’t need to change anything about yourself to be photographed. Every session includes professional retouching, and I thoughtfully refine images while keeping you natural and true to who you are. My goal is for you to feel beautiful in your images. Not different, just seen in the best light.
When will I receive my photos?
Your final images are typically delivered within 2 - 3 weeks after your session. I take great care in editing each image to ensure it reflects the quality and artistry you deserve.
Do you offer payment plans?
